Refund policy.

This policy covers registration payments made to Dinkday for a league season. Each player’s payment is handled separately.

Before registration closes

You may request a full refund of your league registration fee before registration closes for your division. Send your request to support@itsdinkday.com. We use the time we receive your request.

If Dinkday cancels a division

If Dinkday cancels the division you paid for, we will provide a full refund of that registration fee.

After registration closes

Refund requests are reviewed by the organizer based on the circumstances. A refund is not automatic. Please explain what happened and identify your team and league.

How refunds are handled

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit becomes visible. A signup withdrawal or a cancelled match does not automatically create a refund. Your teammate’s payment is a separate transaction.

Court fees and reservations paid to a court provider are outside Dinkday’s registration fee and are subject to that provider’s policies. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
