Accounts and registration

Creating an account does not purchase a league entry. Each registration is for the city, division and season shown during signup. Provide accurate account and team details and protect your sign-in credentials. Each doubles player registers and pays separately. Team access requires completed registration, an accepted teammate and both required payments.

Fees and enrollment

The checkout shows the registration amount before payment. Enrollment can close at the organizer’s discretion and closes before the season begins. Late entry is not offered. Court reservations, court fees, equipment and travel are not included unless the specific league states otherwise. Introductory and regular prices are identified before payment.

Playing and scheduling

Teams arrange their matches and courts. A challenge alone does not book a match. Confirm the time, court and costs with all four players. You do not have to play every opponent, and each pair may meet at most twice during the regular season. The current league settings govern points, rematches and playoffs. Confirmed results count toward standings. The organizer may review disputes, correct errors and resolve exact ties with a recorded explanation.

Respectful participation

Be respectful, report accurate results and honor agreed plans. Do not harass others, submit fabricated scores, coordinate false matches or attempt to manipulate standings. Report a concern through Get Help. The organizer may investigate and restrict access for misconduct.

Changes and refunds

Planned launch and season dates are identified as provisional until confirmed. Material league updates are communicated through the app or support. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Our privacy notice explains how account, league and payment information is used. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
