Help us find your registration

Include your Dinkday account email, team name, city, division and season. For a payment question, include its date and amount. Never email a password, verification code or full card number.

Scores and scheduling

Use the match’s review or help options so the organizer can see the relevant match. A challenge acceptance starts planning; all four player spots must confirm the actual time and court.

Refund requests

See our refund policy and email support. Withdrawing a signup does not itself issue a refund.

Privacy requests

Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. We may verify your identity before acting.
